StriVectin has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund of your purchase. Please note that we will only refund purchases made from this specific segment sale. Refunds of purchases made from other resellers will not be honored. If you ever need to return or exchange a product, please note the following guidelines:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
  • Please include a copy of your packing slip (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
  • Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, we will promptly issue your refund to the original form of payment.
